How long does shipping take?

Every tee is made to order. We get your order out within 5–8 business days, and once it ships you can expect it within another 5–8 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can vary during busy stretches.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Rates and delivery times vary by location — see our Shipping Policy for details.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email so you can follow it to your door.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free on US orders over $50.

My order is a gift — how soon should I order?

Because every tee is made to order, we recommend ordering at least 2–3 weeks ahead for gifts to allow time for printing (5–8 business days) and shipping (5–8 business days). On a tight timeline? Email us and we'll help however we can.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

We back every order with a 30-day guarantee. If something arrives wrong, damaged, or defective, we'll make it right.

Do you offer size exchanges?

Yes — free size exchanges within 30 days. If the fit isn't right, we'll swap it.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email support@pitchplease.store with your order number and a quick note about the issue, and we'll take it from there.

Sizing & Fit

How do your shirts fit?

Our tees are unisex Gildan Softstyle and run true to size. Order your usual size for a classic fit, or size up if you like a roomier feel.

What sizes do you offer?

Most designs are available from XS all the way up to 5XL, depending on the design and color. The exact sizes and colors in stock are shown in the size selector on each product page.

Are your shirts unisex — will they fit men and women?

Yes. Our shirts are a classic unisex cut that works great for men and women. If you prefer a more fitted look, order a size down.

Will my shirt shrink after washing?

Our ring-spun cotton tees hold their shape well. To keep the fit and the print looking their best, wash cold inside out and tumble dry low — that also keeps any shrinkage to a minimum.

Products & Care

What are your shirts made of?

Soft, breathable ring-spun cotton (Gildan Softstyle 64000; fiber content may vary by color).

How should I care for them?

Machine wash cold inside out, tumble dry low, and avoid ironing directly on the print.

Will the print fade or crack over time?

Our prints are made to last. Wash your tee cold and inside out and skip ironing directly on the design, and it'll stay looking sharp season after season.

Are your designs original?

Yes — our jokes come straight from the dugout and the bleachers.

Gifts & Team Orders

Do these make good gifts?

They're perfect for baseball parents, coaches, players, and superfans — basically anyone who takes the game just seriously enough to laugh at it.

Can I order for my whole team or in bulk?

Where are you based and where are the shirts made?

Pitch Please is a US-based baseball apparel brand. We print our tees in Florida and Texas for domestic orders, and partner with printers worldwide so international orders arrive quickly.
